Lexm Forms and Barcode Card

The Lexmark Forms and Bar Code Card is designed to accept electronic forms generated using Lexmark Forms Composer and saved in flash memory or hard disk in Lexmark printers using Lexmark Forms Manager.

Orders are dispatched from our Australian distribution partners. Delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout against live supplier availability, and you will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Larger orders may arrive in more than one shipment, each tracked separately. Until customer accounts are available, contact our team for the status of a shipment.

This product carries the manufacturer’s Australian warranty. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any warranty and cannot be excluded.
