Delivery
How long it takes
Most orders leave our distribution partners within one to two business days. From there, metropolitan addresses typically receive delivery in two to four business days, and regional addresses in four to eight.
These are estimates, not guarantees. We confirm the expected timeframe against live supplier availability when you check out, and we tell you if anything changes.
Why an order sometimes arrives in parts
We source from several Australian distributors. When the items in one order sit in different warehouses, they ship separately — which usually gets each item to you sooner than holding everything back to travel together.
You are told at checkout how many deliveries to expect, each gets its own tracking, and you are not charged extra for the split.
If something is delayed
We email you as soon as we know, with what we know. If a delay does not suit you, reply to that email and we will change or cancel the order — you are not stuck with it.
