About GazalTech
We are an Australian technology retailer. We supply hardware to businesses, schools and government buyers, as well as to anyone who wants to buy a good piece of kit without being messed about.
What we sell
Point-of-sale, barcode and scanning, printers and labels, monitors, networking, power and UPS, computing, storage, cables and accessories — sourced from Australian distributors, not grey imports.
Because we buy from several distributors rather than one, we can usually find stock when a single supplier is out, and we can quote things that are not listed on the site.
How we try to operate
- Prices include GST, everywhere, so the number you see is the number you pay.
- Stock figures are honest. They come from our distributors and are refreshed regularly. Where a figure is old enough that we would not rely on it, we do not show the product as in stock.
- Your rights are not negotiable. If something is faulty, that is ours to fix — regardless of what a supplier is willing to do for us, and regardless of whether a manufacturer warranty has run out.
- A person decides anything that matters. Returns, warranty claims and account applications are assessed by someone, not by a score.
